How to
Use
Sambar powder
would be in powder form.
Toor/Moong/Masoor
dal Sambar:
Ø Add 2 or 3 tsp of Sambar powder as per taste and boil with 1 cup of cooked dal along with Veggies, 1/2
cup of Tamarind extract, Turmeric Powder and Salt, to make Aromatic and Tasty
Sambar.
Ø Finally add seasonings and
enjoy the Sambar with Rice/Idli/Dosa.
Other Recipes:
Ø Vimali's Sambar Powder
along with Vimali's Coriander powder can be used to make Yummy, Tangy Puli
Kulambu/Tamarind Veggie Curry or Kaara Kulambu.
